Sand Washing Plant - Hydrowash

The Nesans Sand Washing Plant featuring the SWE Series Hydrowash system is a smart, two-stage washing solution designed to deliver clean, dual-grade sand output with high recovery efficiency. Built for medium-capacity operations, the plant is ideal for processing crushed sand with mixed gradation, offering an excellent balance of performance, simplicity, and cost-efficiency.

In the first stage, dry or semi-wet sand is fed into the bucket classifier, where coarse particles are washed, dewatered, and recovered as M-Sand. The process water, carrying suspended fines, then flows into the second stage — a hydrocyclone unit — which separates and recovers fine particles as P-Sand. This combination ensures maximum utilization of input material while effectively removing silt, clay, and other impurities that impact sand quality.
