HSI Manufactured Sand Plant

The Nesans HSI Manufactured Sand Plant is a compact and purpose-built solution designed for efficient M-Sand production from crushed rock feed. The plant begins with a robust hopper and feeder setup, ensuring regulated material flow into the Nesans CE Series Horizontal Shaft Impactor (HSI). Engineered for high reduction ratios and precise shaping, the CE Series HSI breaks down feed material into fine, well-shaped particles ideal for sand applications.

Post crushing, the material is processed through VX Series Modular Vibrating Screens to separate sand from oversized particles. These precision screens ensure consistent gradation and reduce unwanted oversize in the final product. Separated fines are then directed to the Nesans Envo Wash system, where hydrocyclone-based classification and dewatering remove silt, clay, and ultra-fines—delivering clean, high-quality M-Sand and P-Sand with low moisture content.
