RUGGED JAW STOCK DESIGN COMBINED WITH FIELD PROVEN PERFORMANCE

Nesans premium range jaw crushers are higher capacity stone or mineral processing crusher used in the primary stage and secondary stage of crushing. That is to designed for the capacity range from 50 to 400 TPH, our jaw crushers shall be put into use for stones and minerals with varying crushing and abrasive index. Meanwhile with more than 100 Installations, our jaw crushers can handle stones with variable hardness from soft to extreme hard.

HOW CH SERIES JAW CRUSHERS WORK?

Feed Material in its dry or semi dry form is fed into the receiving Hopper above the Jaw Crusher. As the material passes the Grizzly Feeder, then high vibration force of the feeder breaks any lumps of solids such as soil and other residues present along with the stone.

The residues fall off from the feeder via the grizzly fingers onto the scalping conveyor belt underneath. The feed material is then fed into the jaw crusher where it first enters the feed opening.

Eccentric movement of the jaw stock against the material crushes it slightly so that it can move down the crushing chamber. When the material reaches almost the one third of the total height of the machine, it will experience maximum crushing force and get crushed into fragments.

The closed side setting of the machine is the actual setting the user may change from time to time depending on the size requirements. In conclusion the Jaw crusher can deliver a crushing ratio of about 1: 4 to 6.
